Michelle Royal

Michelle Royal is a visual thinker, innovation consultant, speaker and founder of RIDG: Royal Innovation Design Group. She has worked with small to mid sized businesses around the U.S and the world, designing strategies that help business teams meaningfully and profitably connect with their number one asset: their customer. Three years ago she partnered with Peter Kageyama, designing and co-delivering the For the Love of Cities Workshops that explores the economic impact of emotionally engaging in our communities. Practicing what she teaches, Michelle is a teaching fellow of visual thinking for innovation at Deusto University in Bilbao, Spain.  She is also a founding trustee of Awesomeness for Awesome Tampa Bay and Saint Petersburg, a Board Member of WaVE Tampa Bay, is on the Leadership Council of Creative Tampa Bay,  and a recurring guest instructor at University of South Florida Saint Petersburg.
